Our Grade II listed duplex apartment is a one-of-kind chapel conversion renovated in 2023, located within stunning grounds, a slice of the Wizarding World! The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The Coach House is set in the grounds of Grade II listed Erlands House, on the edge of the pretty village of Crondall. Peaceful with lovely views of countryside. Only 1 hour from London - ideal for a family, friends or 2 couples. 2 king bedrooms ensuites (1 king bed can be split into 2 singles), plus single bed on landing. Open plan kitchen to vaulted reception/dining room with folding doors to sunny patio. 2 pubs, village shop and M&S food all within 1 mile walking on country footpaths.

Self-contained studio Wokingham

A self-contained newly build 20 m2 studio with separate entrance and parking. The studio is comprised of an en-suite bathroom, a super-king bed, a tall boy and a work desk. A kitchenette just next to the room with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and a tumble dryer. “The kitchenette doesn’t have a stove or an oven.” The studio is brand new and built to high quality standards. A 15 minutes walk to Wokingham train station and town centre.

It is small but cosy, with everything you need for a comfortable short stay for two people or longer stay for one. The setting is quiet and rural, yet there's a village shop and two pubs within 10 minutes walk, and just 15 minutes drive from J5 of the M3. Ideal for a weekend break, short stay, cycle stop, or writer's retreat. Please note it has sloping ceilings.

Lovely two bedroom annexe on a peaceful residential road in Alton, located just a short walk from the local amenities of this pretty market town including a Triple fff brewery pub and premium supermarkets. On the edge of the South Downs National Park Alton is surrounded by beautiful countryside ideal for cycling and walking. The house has it's own private entrance, driveway parking and fast wifi, kitchen, restful living room, bright airy bedrooms and a stylish shower room.

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.
