I use the guest floor as a gallery for my art work, and I hope you will come and enjoy it. There are a lot of comfortable spaces to hang out, with an eclectic array of furniture. The space has its own bathroom, access to food prep, bedroom, and living room. It is about 900 sqft, and basement level. Queen bed is in the bedroom, (air mattress available.) The house is about 1 mile from pearl street, .8 miles to a groceries and coffee, and just down the street from Mt. Sanitas for hiking. Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.
