Cosy historic Ship Hannus Antwerp

In a harbour as Antwerp you may choose to stay on board of a historic ship. Hannus is over 100 years old sailing vessel with 10 cabins allowing around 24 guests to sleep. Inside you will enjoy the maritime look and feel thanks to the beautiful wooden interior. The cabins are small, like you may expect on a sailing vessel, but comfortable with good beds, sink and heating. In the main cabin, you may sit, read, chat with other guests. The kitchen may be used to make coffe or thee and to prepare a meal. It is all rather informal. Breakfast can be served for a supplement. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the wonderfull views of the harbourfront, while sitting on deck with a drink. But the direct neighbourhood counts many nice bars and restaurants and the wonderful museum MAS. You may enter this museum for free underway to the top of the building and have a fantastic view over the city and the river. (exhibitions are not for free). It takes a nice walk along the river of around 10 minutes to reach the wonderful old centre where you will find many small and larger shops, musea, the cathedral and countless restaurants and bars . You may reach us by car, most of the time we have free parking lots close by but there is an affordable parking close by too. Coming from Central Station, you take bus 17 until busstop Tavenierskaai. This is 100 meters max from our ship. For the sportive traveller, families with childres and groups Hannus is a nice and informal place to stay-over. If booked well in advance it is also possible to make sailing trips.

Hannus is a over 100 years old ship, originally built as a sailing cargo vessel. Nowadays the ship is used as a cosy hostel for individual travellers and groups. The ship offers 24 beds in 10 cabins, most cabins have 2 beds, two cabins offer 4 beds. Each cabin has its own sink offering warm and cold water and a cv radiator. There are 2 shared showers and 2 shared toilets. Inside there is no internet, however on deck, outside, there is a free wifi of Antwerp available. In the central room breakfast is served, guest may sit there to talk, read. In concert the central kitchen may be used by the guests. Hannus offers an informal and pleasant stay in Antwerp amids many restaurants, bars and musea like the famous MAS while moored in the antique Bonapartedok, many historical houses and buildings make the unique location. The historical centre of Antwerp is only a few minutes walking away, along the River Scheldt. There is almost always free parking close by. One can reach the ship easily by public transport. From the Central Station take bus 17 until busstop Rijnkaai which is only 200 meters from Hannus. Hannus is an ideal location for individual travellers looking for an informal and affordable place to sleep and stay. Groups may rent the total ship on an exclusive basis for a few days, weekend or longer.

De boot kan gehuurd worden voor max 4 personen om te overnachten. De rust in de jachthaven of langs de Leie zal jullie verblijf nog lang bijblijven. Extra personen kunnen we laten overnachten in Airbnb of hotel langs het water. Indien u wil varen kan dit tot max 10 personen mét een gebrevetteerd schipper die wij voorzien. We kunnen varen door Brugge of de Leie via Deinze of Gent. We hebben goeie contacten om aan te leggen langs de Leie voor lunch of dinner. Standaard ligt de boot in Beernem

Sur un voilier de 14 m avec tout le confort d'une maison, vous passerez une ou plusieurs nuit à bord, dans une ambiance insolite de calme et de sérénité. Situé dans la Marina de Nieuwpoort, à proximité de la réserve naturelle de l'estuaire de l'Yser, vous pourrez observer les oiseaux et la nature dans un calme dépaysant et ressourçant. Vous avez également la possibilité de réaliser une navigation découverte, avec un skipper confirmé en supplément. Une expérience qui restera en vous.

The M/S Bèta is located close to the city of Ghent and is the ideal base from where you can discover the city. Hikers and nature lovers will also find something to their liking. You can park your car for free nearby. We provide 2 electric bicycles that will take you to where you want to go. Be sure to check out the sights and other fun activities that will remember for a long time after your stay.

Only walking distance away from Ypres’ Market Place you will find the local quay. The comings and goings of plentiful canoes will bring you into a guaranteed holiday mood. Bed in Boat accommodates 8 adults (minimum 12 years old) in a unique concept. The barge ‘VULCAIN’ has been transformed into a luxury vacation home. We are looking forward to welcome you!
