The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Set behind a 1920s landmark in Five Points, the Raleigh Mill House is a 4BR/2.5BA guesthouse crafted by a local artist from rare woods and rescued architecture, including dramatic circular windows.
