We built this 2 level home 6 years ago and it is located on Washington St in the towns Historic district. The home is set back from street with a long country style driveway. We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

Hubbardston is a quaint little town with no stop-lights yet conveniently located to many beautiful hiking trails, fishing spots and lakes. 10 minutes from route 2 and 15 minutes from Mt Wachusetts.

Tucked into the slope of Vaughn Hill on 3 wooded acres, the entire lower level of our home is yours to enjoy. Cozy 2-bedroom unit with “the BEST BEDS at an Air BNB ever!" to quote a guest. Visit Nashoba Valley Winery, get coffee at Harvard General Store, go apple-picking at a local orchard, or hike Vaughn Hill trails. *Wood-fired backyard sauna available by request with $20 firing fee *Well-behaved dogs (non-destructive, house-broken) welcome! The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.
