Just renovated, the apartment offers all the comforts like a light airy living room with comfortable sofa and sofa-double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a King-sized bed with spacious balcony, a second bedroom with two single beds, large storage / wardrobe area and two bathrooms, both with shower. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, electric owen, dish washer machine, stove with four gas burners, toaster, electric kettle, american and espresso mocha coffee. I will wait you at the apartment and I will give you all info you need to enjoy Florence like a Florentine. Just a few steps from the apartment are quaint, local cafes and delicious restaurants all enclosed by Florence's historic architecture. The Santa Maria Novella rail station is nearby providing convenient travel for exploring the city and beyond. The apartment is 20 meters from the station, you just have to cross the street. In front of the house there is the tram stop, with which you can easily reach both the careggi hospital and Scandicci and the exchanger parking on the A1 motorway at Villa Costanza. In front of the house there is the large parking lot of the station or there are private garages. The airport shuttle bus stop is a 100 meters.

The apartment is in one of the most ancient street in the old center of Florence. Located on the 3rd floor (4th US/UK floor), with easy comfortable stairs (54 steps, no lift). It is bright thanks to a privileged exposition. Recently it has been totally refurbished with typically Florentine style of the interiors with exposed wooden beams and wooden floor.
