The cottage is well equipped, clean, newly built and is in a quiet area for a great night's rest. Visit wineries, surrounding historic towns, Shaver Lake, Yosemite. Located at the center of California, it's an ideal place for your continued travels towards National Parks, beaches, and larger cities.

We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. NOTE: We follow recommended Covid-19 cleaning procedures at all times.

The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

Set on the site of an old town from the 1880's, now a working dairy farm, the "Telegraph Office" is a beautiful and comfortable escape to the charm and serenity of the country. The farm offers a unique opportunity to see where the best milk and dairy products are made. The farm enjoys some of the best sunshine in California, best night sky, mountain views, sunrises and sunsets. Relax, commune with the animals, birdwatch, hike, sit by a campfire, or whatever suits you.

This farm apt is nestled behind a wrought iron fence next to a beautiful and peaceful grassy area and some large swings. We are just 3 miles west Hwy 99 and 6 miles from Fresno. It’s a perfect spot for a Yosemite or Sequoias National Park stop. We grow grapes and can give a tour of our small farm if time permits.
