Great location, we enjoyed the lake view, kayaking and sitting by the fire in the evenings. Wonderful long weekend with plenty to do in the surrounding area

It was a beautiful little cottage surrounded by trees. The inside was better than the pictures. Heather left very easy to follow instructions. We will definitely stay here again.

No Wi-fi? No TV? No problem!  Spent a relaxing week shopping, site seeing and wine tasting during the day, and sipping wine under the grape arbor, enjoying the scenic vista of the vineyard overlooking Keuka Lake, and quilting! My friend and I were able to finish 4 quilt tops this week! Our host, John, was on premises in the main house. He greeted us on arrival, and was able to answer questions about the area, provide recommendations about the local wineries and restaurants, and some local sites of interest. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

The space was quaint and very well decorated, with a nice cabin-like feel. Check-in was easy, especially since Wylie was home and we got to chat for a little bit. Couldn’t ask for a better place, especially given the price!

Cindy was a wonderfully responsive and kind host. This was a great location for our group to lay our heads while in town for a wedding. This area is a bit tough for Ubers as there aren’t many in the around but we made it work. Guest house was beautiful and clean and Cindy was super accommodating. Place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again, especially to spend more time at the lake!

We only stayed for one night, but it was perfect for what we needed. Would recommend and stay again.

This is approximately the 5th time we have stayed at Hartford House. We are always impressed with the charm and history of the unit. Plenty of room for a couple or even three people. It’s very quiet and peaceful, allowing connection to nature. We awoke to the chorus of birds every morning and deer abound on the property at dusk. This is a must stay in the Geneseo area!

The location and setting is fabulous. The apartment is super quaint and cute with lots of charm. Hosts are wonderfully responsive

The Birdhouse was wonderful! So cozy and comfortable. Very clean and welcoming. It was in the best location and near everything. Karissa and Eric (property manager) were wonderful to work with and we're very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and were extremely accommodating. Thank you for a fantastic stay! we would definitely stay at the Birdhouse again and recommend it to our friends.

Chance's airbnb was fantastic... plenty of space for my family with small children to enjoy ourselves. Chance was also very friendly and responded to questions almost immediately. My family and I will definitely be booking again next year, maybe without the kiddos. Everything was very clean, very nice dishes and cookware were available too. There were enough linens for all of us, towels, blankets, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner just went all out to make sure you're comfortable. I wouldn't change anything about our stay except maybe that we stayed longer. There was a beautiful dog Harley that we fell in love with that Chance let us play with for awhile also. This is a great space to enjoy time with your family. Chance is a great host. Out in the middle of nowhere, but felt right at home.

The only drawback that I personally had was that the landscaping isnt finished. Other than that, we really enjoyed pur stay and i would 100% go back. Great location with a brewery and winery within walking distance. Great view of the lake!

Jeffery offers a beautiful home that is ideally located near some fantastic wineries and breweries. It’s well stocked with amenities and extremely clean. We’re very happy with of choice to stay here!

Kelly was very communicative, the space was beautiful, well decorated and comfortable. Will definitely be staying again when we come to town to visit our son at AU next time plan to enjoy the beautiful scenery a little more.

Everything was Great , Easily Accommodated a Late Check In for me. Nothing bad here , It was nice for the overnight stay. Only thing I would say is, the unit has been updated from images in listing. (Good way)

We loved this cute little cabin! We arrived after check-in & had no issues finding it, it was even warmed up for us when we got there! Also it was nice that the bathhouse was next door & it was super clean! Thanks again Shelley & Mike!

This location was exactly what I needed for a refreshing get away by myself. I loved how the bamboo was strategically planted to show what is the property for the Airbnb. I arrived after dark and was slightly confused as the cottage number was on a larger rental and not the one I rented. I messaged Timothy and he responded quickly and solved my issue. I stayed in the bungalow which had a fantastic patio and access to the beach. This was a very pleasant stay. I plan to visit again.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Carriage House. Stephanie was a great host who very graciously allowed us to check in early due to an early flight. The Carriage House was cozy and we had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable and the shower, while a little tricky to figure out, had plenty of hot water. The location was perfect for our day trips to Niagara Falls, Syracuse, Salamanca, and Victor NY. We enjoyed watching the sheep and chickens on the property. The 11:00 check out time was also nice as most places we stay want you out by 9:00-10:00. We would definitely stay here again. If you stay here, be sure to eat at Stone’s Countryside Tavern. The prime rib dinner was amazing and so was the hot turkey sandwich.

My family was beyond impressed! We were looking for a quick weekend escape where we can enjoy the fun amenities of an AirBnB, someplace that can entertain my 7 and 3 year old boys. We were chose to stay here because of the cute pictures and the Kids Coop. But pictures do not even begin to create the warm cozy comfort and enjoyment that this place provides in person. We could come back here time and again for the entertainment our boys had with “hiding” in the Coop, and playing all the board games and reading kids books and messing around with the arts and crafts and exploring their cute outdoors waterfall and pond. I normally like eating out when we are on vacation but i didn’t want to leave this place so I cooked and baked while I watched my boys play. This kitchen had everything you need. There were so many amenities and also little details to the decor. They have thought of everything and I could feel how much love they put into making you feel at home.

Perfect location in Ithaca, walking distance to the Commons, Ithaca Falls, Cascadilla Creek, the Farmer's market... the list goes on! The space itself is elegantly decorated, and was pristine clean. Appreciated the water filter in the fridge, as well as the washer and dryer! Daniel was proactive and very professional in his communications; gave clear instructions upon check-in and check-out. It was a fantastic stay, and I would not hesitate to book again!

What a peaceful stay we had at Lyn and Deedee place! They were both very responsive to all questions and had some great recommendations for us to do! The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to safely roam around as we relaxed by the fire. The cabin was exactly as the photos depicted, note that there is no running water inside the cabin but plenty of bottled waters were provided. Access to the bathroom facilities was a “hop and skip” away, the outdoor shower with hot water was a nice surprise! The ac unit was perfect to keep the cabin cool, but I do recommend bringing a fan. The fridge is NOT inside the cabin, so it is recommended to plan accordingly if you are a snacker 🤪 This was the perfect combination of camping and glamping! Highly recommend

Sheryl’s place is really special. It is in a quiet country setting. The space is very private. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay when visiting Ithaca and the Finger Lakes region.

Had a fantastic stay at Jason’s property! The place was clean, the views were amazing, and it felt right at home. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay by the finger lakes, i highly recommend this property ! Thank you for the best maple syrup 🙏🏽
