The sunrise over Seneca Lake from this large A frame home are breathtaking. This newly remodeled, immaculate property features not only amazing views of Seneca Lake but two huge blue stone fire places, accommodations for up to 8 folks and all the comforts of a modern wine country vacation property. No Weddings or large parties. No bachelor or bachelorette parties. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. 20 Minutes to Keuka or Canandaigua Lakes. 54 Acres of trails and large pond. Many wineries and microbreweries within 20 minutes. Just get away and enjoy the peace and quiet or the many outside activities including boating, fishing, hiking, golf. Absolutely no hunting or firearms allowed due to liability concerns. Due to insurance liability, no ATVs, UTVs, Motorcycles allowed on the property.
