Self contained cottage, Great base for visiting family and friends and exploring historic towns of Warwick and Stratford upon Avon and surrounding countryside. 5 minute walk from Berkswell Station and only 10 minute train journey or a 12 minute car ride to the NEC and Airport. 5 minute by train to New Street Birmingham for shopping and nightlife. The Cottage has a large timber framed upstairs living space, a modern galley kitchen and a large double bedroom and ensuite shower room downstairs.

Fantastic light and bright apartment on two floors. Lounge with sofa and table/chair set ,TV and radiator. Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge and all necessary cooking utensils , cutlery and crockery. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. there is a beautiful en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower,toilet and wash-basin. Superb views from the bedroom over open fields. Off road parking. On pleasant road. Private access to apartment.

Hut at The Paddocks, With Hot Tub and Views

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. A stunning Shepherds hut with its own Jacuzzi. Located on the edge of the Warwichshire countryside, surrounded by trees and overlooking beautiful countryside. Buzzards are circling overhead most days , with a great variety of other birds feeding here daily . The Hut is fully insulated / double glazed , and also has underfloor heating which makes it very cosy all year round . Just 20 minutes from Kenilworth Castle and Warwick Castle .
