This one-bedroom apartment is on the bottom-level of a magnificent old Queenslander, with indoor & outdoor living areas that have been designed to take advantage of the Australian lifestyle. The property has been beautifully furnished and has its own private entry, car parking, front garden and deck. It is located just 12km from the Brisbane CBD, and walking distance to Sherwood railway station, Central shopping mall, and St. Aidans Girls school.

A modern space located 10 minutes walk from Oxley Train Station & the Bus stops right outside the door. A stroll from Oxley's cafes & supermarket precinct. A separate compact Granny Flat with own side gate entrance & dedicated parking spot. All the conveniences you will need for your stay , a small kitchenette with an induction cook top & an Air Fryer is provided for your convenience. (no oven available). If visiting patients at the Canossa Hospital we are directly opposite (1 minute walk)

Modern Eco Tiny House

This beautiful eco tiny house is a modern version of the traditional Australian shed. It is built entirely by hand, complete with restored furniture & bamboo floors. Surrounded by greenery, it is split-level, with a mezzanine bedroom, small modern kitchen & bathroom. Its private but not totally secluded as you will sometimes see one of us walk past. NB: Brisbane can be hot & humid from November to March. There is a fan but no air conditioning, so this may be a consideration for some guests.

Self-contained studio with its own patio

This is a new cosy flat in a nice and quite part of Kenmore. It is a part of two story Hampton style house. The unit has it own access, ensuite, Aircon reverse cycle and double bed. It has a small fridge and kitchenette so you can store food and prepare your meals. The washing machine is outside in the patio area. Five minute drive to Kenmore Plaza, Koala Santuary, and Centanary hightway. Nine km to Brisbane CBD. Bus stop to the City via Indooroopilly is about 900m away. Street parking.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

You’ll love our place because the accommodation is modern and clean with all the comforts. This is a quiet and safe area but to ensure you feel comfortable we have installed high quality security screens all round because we want you to sleep soundly in the quality bed that has been provided.

It’s 13km from the CBD, close to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, next to a park, and only 8 mins walk to a main bus route. It's close to Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens and Boulevard wedding venues and within Uber eats radius. Set on a quiet cul-de-sac with on-street parking.

Ideal self-contained property for singles or couples in the quiet leafy suburb of Graceville. 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, medical centre, pharmacies and bus stops; 10 minutes walk to Graceville Train Station (then 20 minutes by train to the city). 15 minutes drive to University of Queensland and Griffith University. 20 minutes drive to Brisbane CBD. Just 2.5km from the Queensland Tennis Centre at Tennyson (Around 20 minutes walk)
