We had a lovely time staying here. Great location, beautiful peaceful walks and lovely local restaurant. Lovely and clean and great sociable space. Would highly recommend.

What can I say, we found a gem and that was Matt! He is the perfect host, wonderful warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble, he is passionate about where he lives and local knowledge is perfect for those who are new to the area. His accommodation is stunning, his passion for renovating the property to be as authentic as possible shines through, it was beautiful. The garden is just stunning! The accommodation is near all the amenities, beautiful park nearby, quiet and extremely comfortable. I can highly recommend staying and we will definitely return!

We absolutely adored staying at 2 Melville Place. It is an enormous, perfectly proportioned ground floor apartment (with lovely outside space and own parking out front) in the centre of the village. It is about a 5 minute walk to the harbour. It is beautifully decorated ++and there was nothing the hosts had not thought of to make our stay special. This is a home away from home. We golfed at 3 nearby courses and it was a perfect base. The supermarket is around the corner so we had breakfast at home and ended up cooking and chilling for 3 of the 5 nights. The kitchen is so well stocked and the living room beyond comfortable. Nearby restaurant choices are limited enough. The Waterfront was nice. The Ships Tavern for a drink and we picked up some lovely fresh crab at the Shellfish Shack. Cellardyke tidal pool was heavenly++ for daily dip..a highlight..a 15 minute magical stroll away. The owners clearly love their home and it was our privilege to stay there. The perfect Airbandb.

Marie’s flat is a fantastic place to stay for a visit to Perth! Convenient and centrally located yet quiet with private parking it offers everything you need for a short stay, The standard of the flat is excellent and it is spotlessly clean. Thank you so very much Marie!

The different generations of the family (and the dog) all enjoyed this holiday. A cosy, comfortable flat which had everything we needed. A short walk to town and the park, no problems parking and easy to drive out for sightseeing.

Wonderful well equipped flat in lovely setting. Very convenient parking. Lovely views. Beach and harbour within short walk. Enjoyed daffodils arranged in two rooms. Would definitely consider returning. Highly recommend.

Derby was great! She was very welcoming and always quick to respond to my questions. The house was exactly what we were looking for and the location was wonderful. We were an easy walk to everything. We would definitely stay here, again.

Michael’s place is absolutely fantastic and in a fabulous location. If you’re a golfer, it’s about 100m from the first tee of the Old Course and you can hear the tee shots from the balcony! Michael was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay and we couldn’t recommend staying here highly enough. Clean, modern and very convenient to everything in St Andrews, it was absolutely perfect. For two golfers on a trip of a lifetime, we couldn’t recommend staying not have asked for more. Very highly recommend!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Perth verbracht. Bei durchgehend traumhaftem Wetter konnten wir den fantastischen Garten genießen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Besonders schön ist der Balkon mit Blick über Perth. Es war für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die verschiedenen Highlights Schottlands zu erkunden. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

The house was beautiful, very spacious and extremely clean. The living area had lots of space with comfy sofas and footstools. There was a massive collection of dvds and books. The garden was peaceful, with garden furniture and a great view of the sea. We had 4 of us plus a baby which meant to bottom floor was ideal for the baby and mother and the rest of us were on the top floor. The view from the upstairs bedrooms were stunning. We walked the coast to the local villages and the village its self had great cafes and restaurants and an award winning chippy! We had the best stay and can’t wait to go back! Thank you to the host for letting us stay, your house is beautiful.

Spacious house, very well equipped and immaculately presented. We didn't use the conservatory when we visited in February, but I imagine it will be nice to spill out there and into the garden when the weather is warmer. On the edge of the village - just a short walk down to the harbour. A great base for exploring the East Neuk of Fife - especially if you want a bit of space for larger families or three couples, perhaps.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy and charming accommodation! The location is perfect for exploring central Scotland – just a short drive to Edinburgh (with its stunning castle and Royal Mile), Stirling(home to the iconic Wallace Monument), and other historic gems. Whether you're interested in history, nature, or city life, everything feels conveniently close! The hosts were wonderful – so kind, welcoming, and full of great local tips. They made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us plan our day trips. The place itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, making it a true home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore Scotland’s beauty. Highly recommend – we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

A lovely house in Gullane, walking distance to the local amenities and beach, and a short drive into north Berwick. Very cosy and clean house with a lively garden and living area.

We had a great time, the house was clean and comfortable with everything you need. Bartlomiej was always helpful and responsive.

Catherine and Simon were excellent hosts. On hand when needed but allowed our privacy. The flat was spotless and was super well equipped, in fact Catherine provided so many extras for the price we paid. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and perfect location. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Lovely little flat, looks exactly like the pictures as advertised. Gorgeous decor and beds extremely comfy. Hot tub was an added bonus and was all set up for our arrival. The host also let us check in a little earlier and didn’t charge for this which was really appreciated. Would definitely use this Airbnb again. Highly recommend.

Lovely modern apartment in St Andrews. Just a short walk to south and market streets. The apt is beautifully furnished and the kitchen well equipped. All made for a great stay in St Andrews.
