Wonderful flat Spotless Very Confortable Great Location Very Private Very Quiet Easy access to Town

Fantastic, comfortable apartment with the best location and view in town.

We had a really good stay at Carolines place. Comfortable, spacious and warm, with everything we needed. Ideally situated in a quiet area of the City but only a few minutes walk from the railway/bus stations and the main shopping area and restaurants/bars. Hope to return there again!

The rooftop apartment did not disappoint. My husband had rented it before but this was my first time. Watch out for the seagulls on the roof and bring your earplugs for the morning hours. Regardless, a lovely place to stay!

Enjoyed a great short stay at Harbour’s Edge. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed as a family of 4. We loved the central location and the view out the front was spectacular. Would highly recommend a visit.

Myself & my daughter had a 2 night stay in the apartment whilst visiting St Andrews University. The apartment is in a great, central location close to all the bars, restaurants, cafes & beach. The apartment was clean, spacious & communication with the host was exceptional. Only negative was the traffic noise in the front bedroom due to the single glazing.

This lovely and cozy apartment is ideally located on High Street within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, bakeries, and bars. The apartment is quite spacious and is the kind of place you can actually live in, not just stay for a couple of days. It is light and bright and thoughtfully laid out. The bed is very comfortable with nice linens and there is an extra bonus of a full bathroom with a tub and a shower in another "dressing" room. The living room is not furnished exactly as shown with the striped couches; instead there is a wrap-around couch, which is better, and an armchair, a great setup to snuggle in and watch Netflix on a cold and windy day (which there were many in December!) The kitchen is quite nice but there are a few missing items e.g. no wine glasses and only 2 bowls, but I still hosted a small dinner party for my friends. Overall, a great place and I recommend it highly!

Caroline’s place was incredible. We had such a wonderful family Christmas and the area is wonderful. The view from her apartment is incredible. We would any any time go back again.

It was simply the best, it was even better than the pictures, which were great. Loved the decor throughout, it was finished to a high standard and spotlessly cleaned. Lots of space, the shower room and sauna were impressive. Lawrence was the perfect host, really made us feel welcome. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants, train station a 5 min walk. We will definitely be back!

Our hostess was Amanda, and she had asked if we were to be there for a special event. I said it was our 60th wedding anniversary. We were met with a splendid bouquet of flowers, and a bottle of wine. Quite unexpected, but very much appreciated. The situation is perfect, so is the flat. We visited the theatre and the cinema. The indie cinema is really good, comfy and spotless, with a lovely cafe etc. The theatre is a lovely place too, again with a friendly cafe and bar.

Great apartment. It's located a short 5 min walk to the main town, and only a 8 min walk to the Old Course. The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings; light and bright. Each room can be made up as a double bed, or 2 single beds. There is even a pullout couch in the main living room if needed. Gary provided some tea, coffee, sugar, and a few other items in the pantry if you were going to cook. There is everything you'd need kitchen wise; plenty of plates, bowls, and utensils. I highly recommend this rental if you are headed to St. Andrews. I hope to be back to the area again, and I'll definitely be booking this apartment again.

Eliza was the perfect host. Told us what we needed to know, left a contact number then left us too it. The apartment is in a perfect location for Perth high street and the concert hall. In walking distance to museums and galleries also pubs and restaurants.

Stunning apartment! Lots of space. Lovely extra touches like White Company toiletries and a bottle of Prosecco. Communication excellent. Fabulous location, would definitely go back.

Great place to stay for visiting St Andrews. Situated in the perfect location and peaceful despite being on one of the 3 main streets. The flat was very clean and had all the things you need for a stay.

We had a wonderful stay, the house was a bit further from the main st in St Andrews than we thought, although that was reflected in the price. And certainly not the hosts fault, as she told us very clearly where it was. Anyway, it was not a problem the taxis were easy and very affordable. Also you could also walk to the larger stores easily, plus there is a small shop for basics literally just across the road. The house had everything we needed for our short stay, right down to milk! It was also lovely and quiet and we slept very well. Thank you Margaret! I would definitely recommend, the info you gave us beforehand and the info in the house was very useful. Value for money without doubt, and the little touches you made to help orientate us were appreciated. hopefully we will return.

A beautiful, spacious apartment in the heart of North Berwick. We stayed 3-nights with friends and it was perfect. A great location, a warm cosy flat, comfortable beds etc. We felt right at home. Highly recommend Marianne's property.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. The photos really don't do the property justice; so light and airy yet still comfortable. Bags and bags of character; all furnished to a very high standard. Lots of thoughtful touches from the hosts, like phone chargers and adaptors in all the rooms in case you have forgotten anything, and a stash of Tunnocks Teacakes by the kettle! We booked the property as we were visiting St Andrews for a family wedding and needed a four bedroom property, but this would very comfortably accommodate eight adults. Now looking for another reason to visit St Andrews just so we can re-book. Amazing.

This was the second time I have stayed here. The walks from the property along the beach in the village are lovely. When I arrived the heating had not switched on, I contacted Sharon and she was round within minutes to get it working for me. I couldn't have asked for anything better for my stay.

Jean's apartment was a lovely place to stay for a chilled and relaxed break away. The East Neuk is a beautiful area of Scotland and Jean's apartment showcased Pittenweem very well: great sea views from the kitchen, the living room (both seating areas), and from one of the bedrooms. The apartment features a good kitchen (well equipped) and some cute furnishing throughout. Clean and comfortable, with great communication from Jean. Would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks Jean! :-)
