We are just a short drive to the Sand Dunes, Vineyards of Leelanau Peninsula and Old Mission Peninsula, and Traverse City. Outdoor opportunities to hike, swim, fish and boat abound in this area. Beautifully updated cabin in the heart of Manistee National Forest. Totally furnished, very clean, close to hiking, kayaking, Tippy Dam, Lake Michigan, snowmobile trails and Little River Casino. Very private setting with no neighbors. Relaxing covered porch, charcoal grill and fire pit area. Our cabin sits on 5 acres and boarders hundreds of acres of national forest. We also have high speed Internet. This is the perfect “base camp” for all of your top northern Michigan destination adventures!

One room rustic cabin with private bath Sleeps 4 max comfortably. Small refrigerator, coffee pot ,microwave, outdoor firepit, and outdoor propane grill. Heat in cabin is a propane space heater and electric space heater. Overlooking small pond. We currently have bald eagles and golden eagles sighted daily. Close to the snowmobile trail, 4-wheeler trails, horse trails and the Pigeon River State forest. I-75 does run along side of property, but has a tree line which blocks the sight of it.

Plenty of sleeping space so this cabin is perfect for large families as well as hunting/fishing groups or girls/ boys weekends! Game room with pool table, shuffle board, darts and bubble hockey attached to guest house. Walking distance to Elk Lake Bar (very good food and atmosphere)!
