The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

Little Saltspring bijou seaside home near Arundel

A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

Charming getaway with a hot-tub & the sea nearby.

"Olive View" is a purpose built cabin, with a hot-tub & private terrace and patio area. There are plenty of options for you here; a quiet getaway to enjoy that well earned break, or a base to visit local attractions such as the South Downs, Brighton or Worthing. The interior provides a perfect couples escape. Inside, the space has a kitchenette (no oven), a dining space, a king-size bed with pocket doors, leading to a shower room & cloakroom. The cabin is located at the end of our garden.

A wonderfully spacious light and airy 2 bed maisonette and double sofa bed with a delightful enclosed sunny rear garden with areas to sit, relax and enjoy a BBQ in the evening sun. Situated in the heart of South Ferring, a stones throw away from the picturesque Ferring Beach. An ideal location for a relaxing seaside holiday, Water sports or a base to explore the South Downs. Worthing, Brighton, Arundel, Chichester and Goodwood are all close by. Kick back and relax in this calm stylish space!

About 13 miles from Brighton and Chichester and 8 miles from rustic Arundel. The Annex

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. Self contained single level accommodation, under a mile from the coast (7 min walk to village, plus 8 mins to the sea) The Annex has a large bedroom, bathroom plus lounge, which contains a kitchenette space Patio doors overlooks own patio area & shared rear garden. Kimberley Cottage

A Beautiful and lovingly converted stable block, providing a charming light filled space with many characterful features . We are within the SouthDowns National Park which offers fabulous walking and hiking countryside Crossbush is a small rural village within walking distance of the picturesque and historic town of Arundel , Arundel Castle , Arundel Cathedral and the river Arun, and within easy reach of the sea You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay.

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. We have a Joie Kubbie sleep compact travel cot if needed and a small workspace for your laptop. Hosted by Caroline & Dave

Welcome to our spacious refurbished flat in West Worthing, offering 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, open plan living room and kitchen. Free parking on the drive for one car and WiFi included. A mile away from the beach and a short walk to local shops, you’ll also find the 700 bus route taking you Worthing town centre, Brighton or Portsmouth. Just a 10 minute walk to West Worthing station giving good links to Gatwick and London with Brighton only a 20 minute journey away.

Welcome to Carwen Studio. We can’t wait to host you in sunny Worthing. We are in a lovely walk into the very popular Broadwater and Tarring areas and a short journey to Worthings Cafe and Beachlife. Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.

A peaceful seaside hideaway - a secluded, tranquil space with a superking or twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom (bath and shower), kitchen and living room, with conservatory and south-facing patio area, all within a short stroll of our beautiful, quiet beach.  A self-catering detached cottage, with its own driveway, private parking, EV charging (for a small additional cost) and cycle loan/storage.
