Welcome to the self-contained wing of our family home, a converted barn in a small Oxfordshire village. Arranged over 2 floors with open plan kitchen and en-suite bathroom. If needed there is also a single sofa bed. Explore the cities of Oxford and Bath or the nearby Cotswold villages. This is ideal cycling and walking country with the Ridgeway and the Uffington White Horse close by. The village has a great pub within a two minute walk, or relax and watch the sun set in our wild-flower field.

Walcot Eaves is our modern, self-catering, detached annexe with private guest access and off-street parking. Nestled between Oxford and Swindon, Faringdon is an eccentric historic market town in Oxfordshire. Walcot Eaves is a perfect base for a relaxing Cotswold break or business trip. Faringdon market place is a 5-min walk whilst beautiful countryside is on the doorstep. There are many country walks, local village pubs, the River Thames, and the stunning city of Oxford is only 30-mins drive.

Annex to an Edwardian terrace house in an enclosed courtyard garden. Private entrance via the courtyard. The utility room is accessible from the courtyard. It contains; microwave, fridge, sink, kettle & toaster. Faringdon is a unique & fun historic market town. The market square is just 5 minutes walk away, with a range of pubs, cafes and eateries, free overnight parking from 6pm in the Gloucester Street car park. Ideal for sightseeing & visiting the Cotswolds & Oxfordshire & country walks.

If it's retail therapy Oxford (27 mins) has lot's to offer including the fabulous Bicester Village (33 mins)

We are 12 miles west of Oxford and within easy reach of the Cotswolds and River Thames. Village amenities include a pub, cafe and supermarket. The accommodation, located on two floors with private entrance, has an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and TV sitting area. There is an en-suite bath/shower.
