The Bedingfield Arms, renown for their delicious food, is literally 2 minute walk past the ethereal St John's church. There is off road parking for guests with secure access for storage of bicycles for cyclists. Only 30 mins to Sandringham, 40 mins to North Norfolk Coast. Cosy cabin for 2 with electric charging point

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

River boat - peaceful location.

Misty is a 57ft narrowboat moored without neighbours, on the quiet Little Ouse River. Your stay here offers peace and quiet , with close up views of the natural surroundings and local wildlife, such as Kingfishers, Egrets and Otters. The perfect location to get away from life's hustle and bustle, a chance to relax and unwind. The sun rises over the bow and no street lights means great views of the night sky and the milky way can often be seen, as bats swoop overhead. A little slice of heaven.

Rose Cottage is Eco Friendly and has three bedrooms, a living/dining room with Smart TV and wood stove, a garden room with Smart TV, kitchen with electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The Garden Room bifold doors lead onto a furnished patio and pretty enclosed child/dog friendly garden with lawn, and private parking area.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. An upstairs unique Annexe accommodation, which provides a quiet and comfortable stay set within the Norfolk countryside. Comprises of a large bedroom with a king size bed and a Jay-Be folding bed for a child. A modern open plan lounge - kitchen and a separate bathroom. Own door for private access and plenty of room for parking. Set within a 5 acre garden. We live on site but you are left to your devices. Bbq upon request.

Unique hidden country gem - The Little Goat Shed

The Little Goat Shed is a lovely annexe to our period home which is set in half an acre adjacent to a historic parish church and off the village high street so very private. Guests have a garden area to enjoy with table and chairs for alfresco dining. An ideal weekend base or stopover for a few days. The kitchen does not have an oven or hob but has an air fryer, microwave etc.
