Twenty minutes to the Boardwalk and 15 minutes to downtown Santa Cruz.

The Artists' Tree House

STVR permit #221203. This charming home is perched in the trees with views of the forest through the skylights. Close to the mountain town of Boulder Creek if you need groceries. We aim to give you the most comfortable stay and modern amenities. If you are a remote worker, we have a work space in each bedroom with a large monitor and desk. Dogs are welcome. Smoking outdoors is permitted. Located 35min to Santa Cruz, 1:30 to downtown SF and 45min to San Jose. Hot tub under the redwoods and relax!

Our beautifully renovated 2 bedroom (Both upstairs) and 2 full bathrooms (One on the ground floor and one on the upper floor) along with a ground floor plush queen sleeper sofa and ground floor great room with dining for 7 plus a bar table separating the kitchen from the living room is in the perfect location. Cozy cabin with wood burning fireplace on our farm is in south Felton, Short 3 block walk to Henry Cowell Park and Roaring Camp Railroad. Two minutes to downtown Felton by ca and Mt. Hermon Adventures where you’ll find a zip line through the redwoods. Santa Cruz Beaches are a 15 minute drive away. This is a legal vacation rental, permit number is 221352. The house accommodates 2 people only, there is no room for a pack and play and the couch is not for sleeping on. Thanks for understanding.
