Modern Light and Bright Studio Guesthouse

Welcome to the Traveler. You will enjoy our quaint Felida vibe while discovering Vancouver & Portland for an affordable price. A few blocks from restaurants, coffee house, pubs, Mini Mart, walking/biking trails. Located in a quiet neighborhood with low traffic. Close to downtown Vancouver, Ampitheater, Casino, hospitals & WSU. 25 min from PDX, so it makes a nice home base. Dogs allowed but never leave alone. Not safe for children under 12 due to breakables and appliance rack & table not secure.

Suburbia meets beautiful Northwest scenery at our 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home in Salmon Creek. Quick access to I-5 and I-205, close to shopping, hiking trails, and a 20-min drive to Portland. Quiet, spacious, in a very safe neighborhood and close to WSU-Vancouver, our place is good for just about anyone, except for groups looking for a place to party. Nice patio, fenced yard. One bedroom is on main floor. Lots of space to spread out. Relocating families find this a perfect transition spot.

Cottage with peek a boo view of Vancouver Lake! The Sailing Club is next door & it's delightful to watch the sunset on the lake! New Pickleball court! There is not direct access to the lake but can enter through owner's yard. This lake area is for mainly non-motored boats such as sail boats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc. We are 8miles from Portland International Airport, close to downtown shops, pubs, parks, and the waterfront. Our neighborhood is quiet & Burnt Bridge trail is close.
