bonjour. nous avons passé 1 semaine en février 2025, chez cet hote , l accueil, le logement, la propreté, la decoration et l emplacement dans la ville extraordinaire. l hote toujours disponible pour nos questions. et très serviable. séjour réussi. merci encore. Bisous Marie

nous avons été séduits par cet endroit dépaysant, calme et magnifique ! du logement jusqu'aux équipements extérieurs , tout était super ! nos enfants de 11 et 6 ans ont apprécié également l'endroit. un super accueil de l'hôte , nous savons déjà à l'avance que nous reviendrons !!

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The building and the apartment appear to be recently renovated, so everything is new, functioning, and clean. I liked the location and the view, the terrace, just about everything. Sandra was a great host. She even took time out of her Sunday to come to the apartment and show me how to get the washing machine going. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend the apartment.

Staff was wonderful, very helpful and responsive. We had a delightful wine tasting. They set up a taxi to take us to town and told us where to have dinner. The small village was extremely charming, we had a great dinner and our taxi driver was waiting to take us back after. The room and property were top notch. the only minor issue we had and it may be our fault, is we were further away from the Douro Valley than we thought. The directions were correct, but I missed my turn into the property, it isnt much of a road and it sneaks up on you. It would be challenging to find at night. But in the end, we were extremely pleased with our experience and very glad we stayed. We would wholeheartedly recommend it!!

This place is beautiful, very clean, the location is great. The building is stone and very old and sturdy. You can walk to a few good restaurants in the neighborhood or walk to the mall and historic downtown. It’s right next to a hospital and is in a high traffic area but the sounds were almost comforting to me. Like white noise. Staying alone, I preferred that to the quote of the countryside. The design of the loft is a thing of beauty, but the stairs would be hard to navigate for the elderly. The only issue I had was during my arrival at night the first day I was there. They provide great visual instructions but the driveway is right after a curve and it’s up a curb. Not like a driveway in the USA. It’s dark and you would not expect to go up a sidewalk curb to enter the driveway. It was not problem once I figured it out but again, at night it was hard to fine.

Ficamos 2 dias, e foram muito bem passados! O João e a Débora responderam sempre muito rápido às nossas mensagens, e a nossa estadia correu muito bem. O apartamento é lindo, a piscina também, e dá para desanuviar do caos que é viver na cidade! Quanto à limpeza, estava muito limpo, apenas damos a nota de que no chão do chuveiro nota-se que há bastantes marcas de humidade, talvez insistir mais nessa zona :) Obrigada e sem dúvida que vamos voltar!

Clean, comfy place in a great location. Right in the historic center but on a quiet side street. Ivone was a warm and helpful host. Would definitely come back.

This was a dream vacation - we had just moved to Portugal and spent 2 weeks getting setup. We wanted a quiet week as a family to rest before school started. This place was perfect: perched on a mountainside in the middle of vines, the space was quiet, peaceful and beautifully designed and appointed. Paulo, the husband, is an architect who refurbishes vintage designer furniture. Teyna, the wife, is an amazing chef. Her breakfasts (included) we delicious and the dinners they offer in their adjoining restaurant and well crafted and tasty. Their place is pet friendly - we brought our dog, and they have a dog, two cats and two birds. We did outings to Porto, nearby Roman ruins, historic villages and swam in the rivers running through them. It was delightful.

António and Suzana are great hosts. Susana was super helpful and responsive, welcoming and the house was spotless! There was always help on hand. 100% recommended

Villa Seara, un hameau de paix et de beauté, niché au fond d'une vallée, son église séculaire qui marque doucement le temps. Sofia et Martin ne sont pas des hôtes ordinaires, ils partagent leur passions pour leur vignoble et le vin fabuleux qu'ils en tirent. Nous sommes repartis un peu tristes, mais avec de nouveaux amis(es), et le désir de revenir dans ce comfort pastoral inégalé! Merci Sofia et Martin!

Très belle maison, bien équipée avec les petits détails qui font très plaisir. Je recommande chaudement!

Muy bien lugar para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos y la piscina y parte exterior es genial. los vecinos son también muy amables. gracias, volveremos!

Acomodação exatamente como nas fotos, localização calma, prático por ser alguns metros de um mercado e outros pontos de interesse. Cerca de 10 minutos de carro do centro de Guimarães. O self check-in foi super prático e com a senha tivemos acesso ao cofre com as chaves. A casa estava extremamente limpa e o aquecimento central, com certeza foi um diferencial, dando um conforto térmico necessário nos dias mais frios que estivemos por lá. Ao chegarmos ao local, a casa já estava aquecida! A cozinha é bastante equipada e nos atendeu para além do esperado. A garagem acomoda bem um carro grande, visto que tem uma mesa para convívio. É uma ótima acomodação para a família. Se busca tranquilidade com conforto, esse é o espaço ideal.

Inserida numa aldeia muito bonita e calma, o espaço é maravilhoso, meio envolvente muito acolhedor e um anfitrião preocupado com o bem estar do hospede. A casa é moderna, limpa, com muita luz e com materiais recentes. Tudo muito limpo e cuidado. Casa de banho muito boa, com água quente para todos e toalhas à descrição. Podem fazer refeições na cozinha e comer no local, tal como se estivessem em casa. Tem TV com todos os canais e WiFi super rápido e intuitivo para ligar. Valor em conta. Recomendo para qualquer família que queira relaxar e passar uma boa estadia.

A Casa da Ponte de Espindo é o local perfeito para passar um fim de semana de descanso num local sossegado e muito bonito. A casa está super bem decorada e com todas as coisas que necessitámos para o dia a dia. Estava muito limpa. O Tiago foi muito flexível quer no check in, quer no check out, e sempre muito responsivo, preocupado e atencioso nas mensagens. O facto de aceitar animais de estimação é um enorme bónus! A piscina e todo o espaço exterior é lindíssimo! Adorámos :)

Richard has a great place in Porto- on top of a hill with great views. Easy to walk to all the attractions. Richard was incredibly responsive- answering our inquiries within minutes. He also stopped by to bring us the covers for the outdoor furniture- very friendly and helpful.

place and nice and central. host is very nice and responsive. generally I recommend this place. only thing that must be improved is the light in the corridor outside the flat, I stumbled once in the dark and this can be dangerous.

La casa está muy bien preparada, limpia y agradable. Se comparte la terraza y la piscina con otros apartamentos turísticos y está muy bien equipada.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Ludovic. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt, das Apartment mit der Terrasse war super schön und Ludovic war sehr freundlich, hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben, auch für den Rest unserer Reise. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei ihm buchen, wenn wir erneut in Porto sind! Danke für alles <3

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here - the space was beautiful and clean, and only a 15/20 minute walk from everything so was the perfect location, Nuno was very helpful and provided lots of information and clear instructions etc. We had an amazing time in Porto, would 100% visit again and stay in Nino's Airbnb again!!

O apartamento tem uma excelente localização, e apesar de estar no centro, não há ruído. Estava limpo e pronto a acolher-nos. Com todas as comodidades necessárias. O João, desde início, mostrou-se completamente disponível para o que fosse preciso durante a nossa estadia. Tenho a agradecer uma vez mais, ao casal, por nos terem deixado fazer do cantinho deles, nosso também. Recomendo a 100% 👌

The accomodation was relly nice and well equiped, close to the main atrractions and the host was receptive. It is a good option to choose for a few days visit in Porto.

Rodrigo was a very attentive host. Suggested sights to visit and great restaurants. We did have an issue with no hot water Wednesday night and contacted Rodrigo. After to trying to reset the heater, and no luck he had a service technician along with himself at the unit at 5pm the next day. The technician could not repair the hot water heater and said he had to order a new board, needless to say he was unable to get the part before our checkout on Saturday. The issue was not Rodrigo’s fault as we know these things happen, however no hot water for 3days is a major inconvenience. Rodrigo was very apologetic and offered us a “fair” compensation for our inconvenience. I assume it will be processed through Airbnb. Our host Rodrigo was an attentive, friendly and a nice person. His home was extremely comfortable for 3 adults and would definitely recommend it.
