Iako blizu centra i plaža, kuća je u potpunosti okružena maslinama, zelenilom i netaknutom prirodom. Kuća veličine 52 kvadrata nalazi se u 600 kvadrata ograđenom objektu. Želite li iskusiti potpunu privatnost, odmor i mir uz pjev ptica danju, a čaroliju ribarskog mjesta noću, ovo je pravo mjesto za vas.

Kuća Tilia je šarmantna prizemnica okružena maslinama i stablima lipe u mirnom dijelu Fažane. Savršena kuća za manje obitelji. Mirno okruženje i privatnost glavna su obilježja ovog smještaja. Kuća je opremljena svime potrebnim za savršen odmor i bijeg od velikog grada. Ima jednu spavaću sobu, kupatilo, kuhinju i blagovaonu, dnevni boravak sa mogućnošću spavanja te dvije terase za potpuno uživanje u svako doba dana. Odmor u hladu ili uživanje u mediteranskom suncu, ovdje možete i oboje.

Unser neues Ferienhaus Una wartet auf Sie! Es bietet Ihnen viel Ruhe und Entspannung auf 120m2 barrierefreien Wohnfläche mit privaten Pool von über 53m2 größe. Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen drei Schlafzimmern inklusive Bettwäsche, zwei mit Doppelbett und eins davon mit Bad und ein mit zwei Einzelbetten. Insgesamt sind es zwei Bäder inklusive Handtücher, Bad eins mit Massage-Badewanne und je mit Dusche. Hochstuhl und Reisebett stellen wir gerne zur Verfügung, natürlich kostenlos.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja. Do prošle sezone iznajmljivali smo jedan manji dio kuće ,dok je od ove sezone 2024. godine naš smještaj renoviran i proširen kako bi bio veći i komotniji. Besplatan WiFI

Welcome our dear guests to our house in Fazana. The house is located in old town only 80 m from the sea. The nearest beach is only 2 min walk from the house. Restaurants are just around the corner, wifi and air conditioner included in price! Parking 28€ per week . There is also parking places near the house but the price is higher.
