With four bedrooms (2,950+sqf) and 16 acres to explore, this can be your home base for Hill Country Antiquing or a quiet retreat for your whole group. Amenities include 3 bedrooms with queen/king memory foam mattresses plus a bunk room (sleeps five w/trundle). Large groups will enjoy the two living room spaces, formal & informal dining areas plus one of the best screened porches around. For the cool Hill Country nights, the outdoor fire pit is a great place to recap the day & toast marshmallows.

Cottage w/ Pool in Historic Downtown

Smithville is a quaint, thriving city with a very relaxing feel. It has numerous outdoor activities within 30 minutes if you enjoy hiking, canoe/kayaking, biking, fishing, etc. The cottage is within walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. The town offers many great boutiques and antique stores. The cottage is a block from famous homes featured in the movies, Hope Floats and The Tree of Life. You can see the Hope Floats house from the porch! Come unwind and enjoy the small-town life!

Secluded cabin on 200 acres of private pine forest. Enjoy hiking & views from large deck. Cabin's decor based on local legend & Broadway hit, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, replete with the madam's bed. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, & dishwasher. BBQ on the outdoor propane grill and enjoy a campfire under the stars (bring your own firewood). 2 miles off highway. Pets OK with a $25 per pet fee. Up to three. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing yours.

Bastrop Carriage House is close to nightlife, the airport, family-friendly activities and thirty minutes to the Formula One, Austin's ACL and SXSW annual events. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, and the people; the carriage house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). In the historic district surrounded by architecture and fabulous restaurants. Private bedroom includes one double bed and a sleeping loft.

The Bunk House is the guest house at Whitworth Family Farm. An efficiency-like apartment, this 1188 sq ft space is cozy and quaint. An open galley-style kitchen enables community and conversation with your family and/or friends in the living area. A separated bedroom with twin bed gives a bit of privacy, while the queen sized futon on frame in the common area have a cabin feel. The bathroom with stand-up shower and laundry provide all the basics for your stay!

Our place is ideal for those who like to Golf, are enticed by antique stores, love of nature and wildlife, enjoy Austin nightlife or just like some peace and quiet on the deck. You’ll love our spacious house because of the of the feeling of being secluded but yet close to lots of activities. It's perfect for couples, business travelers, families with kids, big groups, and is less than 30 minutes from Austin Bergstrom Airport and 2 hours from downtown Houston.

This unit can sleep 2 comfortably. FlopHouze I has a queen bed at one end and full size couch at the other end of the 300 sq. foot space. An efficient Hollywood bathroom separates the space with an iron and hair dryer. Outside, each Houze has its own hammock, fire pit and chairs. Inside, the kitchenette features a sink, microwave, mini fridge, tea kettle and Chemex coffee maker for the morning get up an goers!

The Otto house is walking distance from downtown Schulenburg and has a cozy, quaint feel. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other a queen, along with a futon in the living room. We currently do not have a TV or Wifi, but what better way to get away from the bustle of everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet of small town life.
