Welcome to the Beattie Rose Cottage. This 1895 historical carriage house is in the quaint town of Fayetteville, 8 minutes from Warrenton & Round Top, TX's famous antique hunting. The cottage was restored by a designer to keep her unique charm, while being modern and comfortable. You'll love rocking on the porch & strolling to the town square. You're close to Lake Fayette, 1 hour from Austin & Houston, and in the antique hub. The cottage shares a 1-acre yard with The Bloom Inn, our sister rental.

Indigo Cottage #1 at Pecan Hill

Indigo Cottage at Pecan Hill is a cute 1 bedroom/1 bath bed and breakfast located just off of Highway 237 and the Carmine Y. Just 1 minute from Market Hill and 5 minutes from downtown Round Top, our Boho-inspired cottage is situated on a quiet 12 acres with mature pecan trees and sweeping sunset views. After enjoying all of the activities that the Rountopolis has to offer, guests can unwind on hardscapes beneath the trees, on the party patio at the Little Red Barn, or exploring the property.

We're 7 MILES from ROUND TOP for your convenience, specially during the Antiques Show (Spring and Fall) which is pretty awesome but also too crowded (our guests specially highlight this advantage over other listings). We got 2 cozy cottages that you can see listed as (cottage #1 and cottage #2) which you can book jointly or separately according to your needs. The neighborhood and property where we're located it's private, safe and quiet. We got a great size and safe POOL and a nice FIRERING.

Round Top and Summer- a winning combination

Absolutely adorable country cottage! Stylish and comfortable. Great porch complete with a rocking chairs and a dining table and your own grill. The porch is great for sipping any beverage of choice. It is also great for grilling a yummy dinner and enjoying your meal al fresco. Amazing night skies. Fabulous sunrises and sunsets. Quiet, calm and wonderful! Please note the kitchen area is a kitchenette. There is a countertop oven and a microwave as well as a small fridge/freezer combo.

We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. A cozy cottage just a couple miles from downtown Bastrop and 30 minutes to Austin. This adorable space has hardwood floors, high ceilings and beautiful antiques. TV and high speed internet with wifi. A private secluded back porch to enjoy. The pool on the property is NOT for guest use. Please contain your stay to the cottage area.

The White Magnolia Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Completely remodeled 1890’s farmhouse located in Warrenton behind Zapp Hall. It is 4 miles from Round Top. Marburger Farm is only a mile and Junk Gypsy is 3 miles. It is walking distance to all of Warrenton. During the antique show you are next to all the great shopping.
