Bishop Carriage House

Your own cozy hide away in historic downtown Smithville, Texas. Private parking and balcony that is on local parade route, where you can enjoy the cool evenings. Complete kitchen with, full size frig and stove and all you will need to cook a meal. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Queen size bed and a full size sofa pull-out with upgraded mattress. WiFi and work space. Let’s not forget a coffee station. We do allow pets, but there is a pet fee. Please included at reservation.

Fayetteville is 3 miles away and the room is 8 miles away from the beginning of the Round Top Antique Show at the Warrenton There is a fridge and micro with coffee setup . This cottage is cosy and just enough room for two!

Scarlett is our biggest glamper and is a guest favorite! There are shower & restroom facilities located just steps away inside LSGI. Be sure to pack like a camper, BYOB(bedding).
