Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einer offenen Küche sowie 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine große Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll-lässig. Der großzügige Balkon ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet und hat (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.

Dans le sejour le canapé est convertible (confortable pour une personne mais petit pour deux). Famille présente dans le reste de la maison avec 2 enfants, 2 chats et 1 chien. Possibilité de se garer dans le jardin. Non accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
