Located in Faversham, enjoy the local area at the house with its own private courtyard and access, a short walk from many great pubs and restaurants in town. Downstairs there is a sofa bed which can pull out to form a small double bed (best suited for kids). Smart television, microwave, electric hob (no oven provided), kettle and fridge in the kitchenette area. Separate shower room with King sized bed upstairs. With your own private courtyard, there is space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The beautiful Grade 2 listed Manor house of Painters dated 1547 which has lent its name to the surrounding village recently teased back to its historic best revealing the nooks, crackles & crannies of its 500 years. Filled with an eclectic array of antiques and quirky finds, the house can accomodate up to 12 folk available for families, friends & corporate holiday stays. Painters Farm set in its own acre of gardens, Kent Downs AONB, just 200yds from The Alma Pub serving good ales & great food.

Tucked away in the heart of this peaceful village that dates back to the Domesday Survey, 'Greenways' is an 18th century grade 2 listed annexe with original features. It offers a private entrance, off-road parking, a double and twin bedroom and a shower room. Tea / coffee making facilities, a small fridge and toaster are provided - provisions for a continental breakfast are included. You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.
