The house sleeps, 2 adults and possibly one infant if own cot is supplied. There is a kitchen/living area with a sofa and small table for two. Hi-fibre Wi-Fi is available. Private gated car park. The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

Originally part of Whitstable's historic fishing industry, The Cottage has been beautifully restored and renovated to provide a quirky one-bedroom bolthole (plus sofa bed) just moments from the sea. Tucked away in the heart of this peaceful village that dates back to the Domesday Survey, 'Greenways' is an 18th century grade 2 listed annexe with original features. It offers a private entrance, off-road parking, a double and twin bedroom and a shower room. Tea / coffee making facilities, a mini fridge and toaster are provided - provisions for a continental breakfast are included. Perfectly situated to enjoy scenic country walks and a short drive to Faversham, Canterbury and Whitstable

You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.
