Skog med motionsspår och utegym helt nära. 10 min. till tunnelbana + 20 min till Stockholms city.

Mitt boende ligger 20 minuter med tunnelbana från Stockholm city. Helt renoverad och fräsch, denna lilla 2-rumslägenhet är mycket modern och funktionell. 10 minuters promenad till Skarpnäcks tunnelbanestation, den direkt tillgång till fotbollsplaner och grönområden. Boendet är lämpligt för dina affärsvistelser, din familj och romantiska semestrar. Min lägenhet består av ett öppet utrustat kök, ett sovrum, ett vardagsrum och en plats för kontoret och ett badrum. Du får tillgång till hela boendet

Mysig stuga vid skogsbrynet

I natursköna Trångsund, 18 minuter från Stockholms central, hittar ni denna mysiga stuga. En tio minuters promenad tar er till Trångsunds centrum med mataffär, apotek, kiosk, kemtvätt, skomakare och enklare restauranger. På lika lång tid går ni till närmsta badplats eller omtyckta caféet och restaurangen Villa Printz. Stugan ligger precis vid skogsbrynet, intill en vandringsled. Härifrån hör du hackspettar och andra fåglar och i gryningen tassar såväl räv som rådjur och harar ofta förbi.

Stilsam villa 110kvm i lugnt område nära till skogen och natur. 10-15 minuter med bil till City och ca 50 minuter kommunalt. Stor altan utrustat med utemöbler och soffgrupp, vedeldad bastu och åretrunt vedeldad / elvärmt bubbelpool. Bra att veta Boendet har 2 sovrum med en 90 säng i ena rummet och en 180 säng i master bedroom. Det finns även en till 90 säng att ställa ut i det sovrum man vill sova. Ett bebott atterfallshus på tomten finns men inget som stör. Låst walk-in i master bedroom.

Small apartment with own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge etc and its own toilet. The spa with a wooden sauna, bath tub and a shower is mainly for your own use. The laundry and recreation room are shared with us. The apartment is in the basement of our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården .

Lgh i Stockholm nära natur, Avicii Arena & 3Arena

Endast 10 minuter från Avicii Arena/3Arena och 20 min från Stockholm City bor ni i ett lugnt radhusområde med bra kommunikationer och gratis parkering. Kollektivtrafiken avgår ständigt från busstationen som ligger på 2 minuters avstånd från bostaden. Här bor ni såväl nära naturen som stadens puls. Lägenheten som är på 80 kvm ligger på bottenplan av vårt suterränghus. Bostaden har egen ingång, är fullt utrustad. Välkommen att trivas i ett hem med både komfort och bekvämlighet

Welcome to explore beautiful Stockholm from my family friendly lakeside house just 15 min train ride to the city. The house is located on a calm street in Farsta surrounded by beautiful nature and 10 min walk to a local shopping centre with all service you need. The house is equipped with a big and modern kitchen connecting a private garden with a patio and large lounge couch where you can enjoy lazy days. Free parking, washing machine and nice neighbors available.

Small basement studio in house, 15 min from city

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

Wake up in your Queen size bed, the peaceful neighborhood having allowed you a quiet, rejuvenating night in this charming home. Prepare your breakfast in the big, fully equipped kitchen and bring outside to the seating area in the courtyard for a coffee in the sun. Then, get to work at the desk by the window with its fast and reliable wi-fi, visit the city centre or the close by Tele2Arena, or head out into the nearby nature reserve.

Private apartment in my house

Your own private stylish apartment in my house, located in Tallkrogen/Enskede only 15 min on the metro from central Stockholm. Parking available right outside. I just had this beautiful apartment build and everything is brand new. Two rooms: a private bedroom with a queen size bed for two, and a living room with a full kitchen. The living room has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed that sleeps two more people.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
