Good transport links; railway stations at Meopham, Borough Green & Ebbsfleet providing services DIRECT from London in UNDER 45 minutes. M25/M20 are close by.

Along the Darent Valley, minutes from M25 between Dartford and Sevenoaks (outside ULEZ 😁), surrounded by farmland and horses, we are a mile from Eynsford Village and with short cut to train station less. The Park and golf course are our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens our neighbours. Lavender Farm is a short walk too and Brands Hatch 10mins drive. Parking on drive and private access to secure garden. 1 bedroom, bathroom, lounge, smart TV, DVD & fully equipped kitchen

Completely renovated in 2020, the ground floor of the property is dominated by a huge open plan living space which opens out onto a patio & garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1 with en-suite) as well as a large family bathroom with freestanding bath. To the rear of the property is a private carport providing parking for 2 cars.

Downstairs there is an open plan entrance hall, kitchen island with fridge and tea making facilities, relaxing area with a tv and a small bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with four poster bed, luxury bathroom with a double bath tub and a charming twin bedroom. There is a private garden with terrace and parking for 2 cars.
