A private, peaceful space 2 blocks from St. Olaf College and less than 1 mile from downtown and Carleton College. Our location is convenient, cozy and unique being an old ginseng farm, the duplex has a rural feel and is tucked away from the street. Enjoy a patio space to grill at while soaking in the outdoors. We have a fully equipped kitchen, but the Ole Store, a Northfield favorite, is just down the block. Dogs are allowed when added on the reservation and pet fee has been paid for.

It's 10 mins from the airport & 20 mins to downtown Mpls. & St. Paul. We live on the property. However, you have complete privacy in the Suite. We don't enter the Suite. We built our space to be a quiet refuge in the city, providing plenty of light and amenities to sit and chill for days, but also great access to explore everything the city has to offer.

The house is cool, well shaded with big trees and flooded with mottled light. A big magical backyard with two huge pines makes it feel like the North Woods. It is peaceful & serene with a big private yard and organic miro garden. In spite of some older pics there is new central air not window units. This is a very clean artists house not a hotel. This is an old but beautiful house, full of love. Please be loving and respectful. Thank you!
