Come and stay in our refurbished flat in the basement of our Victorian town house. Guests also have a beautiful light-filled lounge. We have just added a Nespresso machine and pods! Spacious for couples & business travellers. Very close to Guildford's historic High Street and 2 minutes from London Road Guildford train station. Shops, restaurants, G Live Arts Centre, Yvonne Arnaud theatre, Guildford Castle and Stoke Park are all within walking distance. Guest parking for one car on the drive.

Large studio room w/own entrance, roof terrace & en suite. Previously a games room over garage, with newly-added shower room, fridge, microwave/oven & Chromecast-enabled TV. Situated in Peaslake, the heart of Surrey Hills mountain biking. Direct access to the Hurtwood's fantastic trails - easy access to Pitch Hill/Winterfold. Bike wash down available. Spacious parking. Walk to The Hurtwood Inn (5 mins), The Volunteer (20 mins), William IV & William Bray (45 mins), Gomshall Stn (45 mins).

Peaceful Surrey Hills garden room

Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee and milk is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.

Set in a peaceful rural location, 10 mins from the heart of Guildford, this wonderful little space affords totally self-contained comfort and privacy. We like to provide the extra touches to make you feel more at home during your stay… The Cabin is surrounded by trees & wildlife abounds happily. Awake to birdsong galore! Note to keen cyclists: great access to the North Downs link via the old railway line, practically on our doorstep. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink. Happy to recommend.

Peaceful detached barn - Surrey Hills countryside.

A peaceful hideaway for two on Leith Hill in the Surrey Hills AONB countryside. Detached and within its own garden. Located on a quiet lane surrounded by fields with miles of footpaths and bridleways. The Barn is recently converted and heated. It has a king-size bed & Smart TV, bathroom with underfloor heating & walk-in shower, kitchen inc cooking facilities, table & sofa. Complimentary breakfast of cereal and juice, coffee and tea. Towels included. Walking distance of local pub/restaurant.

Vaughans - Self contained apartment - centre Shere

'Vaughans' is in the centre of Shere, Surrey's most picturesque village, home to the film 'The Holiday'. Surrounded by one of the best Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the south of England, it's a perfect location for those who love walking and cycling - two bikes are available to guests. We are within walking distance of Surrey's award winning restaurant, Kinghams, and two friendly local pubs ( our guests receive discount at the pubs ). Ideal for families. couples and solo travellers.

A cosy, clean, warm and light annexe with its own walled garden. Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

Ideal destination for cyclists, the perfect launch pad for hikers or for those seeking inspiration, solace and escapism. Option of 1:1 Pilates, Barre or TRX sessions available in our studio for a modest extra charge. Quaint country pubs on your doorstep and hundreds of stunning walking and biking trails to enjoy at your leisure! Use of large garden shared with a friendly cat.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
