Welcome to my little 8 acre oasis! Being the first farm I’ve ever lived on, I understand the peace and tranquility it can offer those who have never experienced it. Enjoy meeting my horses and mini donkeys, take a walk through my woods, or have a fire! Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. Come and stay here, cleaner and way more comforts than any hotel. This apartment is clean and nice. It also has fiber optic internet, a desk, a big screen smart tv, a shower door w/ a heated bathroom floor, and washer/ dryer. This apartment is accessed through a common area laundry room. A park with walking paths, playground, creek, tennis courts, etc is across the street. Brooktree Golf and Downtown are a few blocks away. This unit is an exceptional value, more so for longer stays.

This cozy space has private, self-entrance with off-street parking at no cost...a mere 2.5 miles or 10 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic downtown. Located in a quiet neighborhood in northwest Rochester. Easy access to highways, grocery store, coffee shop, Target, restaurants and biking/walking trail. Completely furnished with linens, hair-dryer, Netflix and Hulu, Smart TV and Wi-fi....and a Keurig Coffee maker with enough coffee pods to get you started. Truly, a home away from home!

The 508 Loft is located in the heart of Historic Northfield. We offer a modern space that is still cozy. Our space has been newly remodeled. The Loft is in a historic brick building that has a great walk score to restaurants, entertainment, groceries and liquor store. Enjoy a stroll in the historical part downtown or unwind in the clean loft with a nice bottle of wine. We serve a lot of guests that have weddings in town along with college parents and professional(s). Welcome.

Tree House on the St. Croix River

Coined "The Tree House" by family, friends, and guests we promise your stay will not disappoint! Enjoy one of a kind views of the St. Croix River and River Valley while being just minutes to downtown Hudson, 20 minutes to Stillwater, and 40 minutes to the Twin Cities. Driveway may be icy in the winter months so please plan accordingly. Note: Max occupancy is 3 persons. No parties or pets please.
