Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. Umgebaut aus dem ehemaligen Dorfladen mit über 3m Raumhöhe und richtig viel Platz für alle - nicht nur im großen zentralen Wohnraum, sondern auch mit genug Rückzugsraum in der Lounge und den vier Schlafzimmern. Licht von allen Seiten, zwei moderne Bäder, Terrasse direkt am Bach mit Blick zur Zugspitze, Garten, nette alte und neue Details - was will man mehr? Und jetzt ist sogar der Dorfplatz neu renoviert.

Set in Farchant at the feet of Osterberg (mount) where a multiply tourist paths start. Very quiet and beautiful place ideal for hikers and mountain skiers with a best in the region Italian restaurant next door. There is a washing machine and a dryer you can use for 4€. We have a private garage that is free for you. The children can play around absolutely safely. Quite near there is an aqua-park you can visit during summer time.

Only a stonesthrow from the most popular hiking paths and mountainbiking trails as well a 10 minute walk away from the popular Partnach Gorge (Partnachklamm) or the "Hausberg". If City sightseeing is more your thing youll be happy to find the center of Garmisch 15 min by foot or 5min by bike.
