Check out this beautiful 2 bed/2bath escape situated at the end of a long private driveway on the tip of a secluded peninsula, and sandwiched between the majestic Suwanee river and a lovely cypress swamp. House is a comfortable 2/2 on a half acre with 270ft of Suwanee river frontage. Suwanerenity is also conveniently located within view of Fanning Springs park, Anderson boat ramp, and Suwaneebell restaurant, while still maintaining an atmosphere of seclusion and serenity. Tucked into the trees at Soluna Springs, 3 min to Poe, 5 min to Blue, and 12 min to Ginnie Springs, our geodome has everything you need to stay comfortable while being close to nature, and nothing you don’t. Rest on our King organic Birch mattress, stargaze while soaking in our outdoor tub, take a hot outdoor shower after the sauna, fire up the charcoal grill and fire pit, and sit back and relax. This isn’t a hotel. Its a reset.

Suwannee River Retreat

Beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the historic Suwannee River. Get away from it all. Easy access to Fanning Springs (1.5 miles up river) and Manatee Springs (7 miles down river). Bring a boat, or two 2-person kayaks available for use. Great views from the deck and dock that overhangs the river. Very peaceful. Please note this is a rural area, it's wooded and can be dark. Get unplugged for a few days and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Suwannee River.

This 1500 SF home is the perfect way to get away from the urban rat race without having to "rough it". The master bedroom and living room offer large-screen LCD TVs and the two additional bedrooms have 32" LCD TVs. Washer and dryer are off the kitchen. A huge rear deck and both fixed and floating docks provide options for watching the sun rise over the river, sturgeon jumping and manatee meandering along. Wheelchair accessible. Fun times!

This is our farm where we have free roaming chickens, dogs and cats. Your well behaved small pets are more than welcome to join you during your visit.
