Εξοχικό σπίτι 35 τ.μ. σε κτήμα 3 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται από εναν κυρίως χώρο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα όμορφο καναπέ-κρεβάτι με δυνατότητα προσαρμογής (ένα διπλό ή 2 μονά). Απέχει 8-9΄με τα πόδια (500 μ.) από την κεντρική παραλία Μεμί και 2 χλμ. από το κέντρο της Κορώνης. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και air-condition. Στον εξωτερικό χώρο υπάρχει μια πολυ μεγαλη γωνιακή βεραντα με ξύλινο τραπέζι κήπου και μια μεταλλικη κουνια για να απολαύσετε την εξοχή.Εχει θέση parking.

Character stone cottage house

A small stone house amidst olive trees situated in a large private property with amazing sea view where guests can find peace and quietness. The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events . While staying with us they will be able to also enjoy some of our organic fruits and vegetables, home made goat cheese, fresh eggs, olive oil and olives.

Our family-friendly cottage is situated on top of the village of Vasilitsi near the beautiful seaside town of Koroni just a couple of minutes away by car. As guests you have access to the whole house and garden featuring three terrasses with flowers and trees. The original Greek village features a taverna 'Nikos' with a great choice of tasty dishes and two small shops. Enjoy the nature and gentle tourism of Messinia with superb sand beaches and scenic coast views.
