Come experience bonfires, roasted s'mores and hot dogs, toasty feet by the indoor fireplace, warm soaks in the jetted tub, flattop or charcoal grilling, a rambunctious game of Foosball, watching the day pass by on the expansive screened in porch, and so much more. Higgins Lake is just a 10 min drive away or consider a day trip to Petoskey or Traverse City.

Charming cabin in the woods that sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Located in a very secluded area on 100 wooded acres that we own, with trails all throughout the property. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Chalet Getaway on 20 acres

This Chalet Cabin A-frame in the woods features 3 bedrooms and comforts for four season stay. The kitchen has open concept to spacious living room with natural fire place. Two full baths, first floor laundry, outdoor deck and firepit. Ride directly to snowmobile trails, 25-30 min ski at Caberfae & Crystal Mountain, mountain biking, road cycling to Traverse City. Hiking, canoeing/kayaking and ATV/UTV. Hunting season is underway, check Michigan websites for authorized surrounding areas.

Rustic Log Cabin known as the Snowshoe Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the north woods. Cabin has 2 twin size beds in the loft and a full size bed on main floor. Includes Kitchen table and chairs and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a crockpot. There is a bathhouse on site with hot showers and bathrooms. Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items

Fall color trips and winter snowmobiling/ice fishing planners should consider booking early, as we fill up fast! 3 gigantic bedrooms feature king beds. Spacious bunk room has 3 bunk beds (6 beds). All beds are memory foam mattresses. Bonus entertainment room complete with Xbox One X — Game Pass included!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful location located on 80 acres alongside the Clam River- a Michigan Blue Ribbon trout stream Get in touch with nature. Deer, bobcat, fox, otters, beaver and bald eagles are all regular visitors. Miles of private trails. Complete privacy on 80 acres. Remote, yet only an hour to Traverse City or 20 minutes to Cadillac, Spend some time on the fantastic covered porch or one of the other 3 levels of deck overlooking a bend in the river.
