Brighton stylish bedroom + ensuite & private patio

The Courtyard in Brighton Sussex has its own private entrance, and consists of a beautiful & newly decorated double bedroom with a stylish ensuite. There are glazed patio doors leading from the bedroom outside to a private terrace with a large seating area in the sunshine. We are 15 mins by car to the city centre & beach with a regular bus service directly outside & only 5 mins from Preston Park train station. Please note The Courtyard is not suitable for children under 12 & no pets please.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

The flat will comfortably sleep 4 people in a double bed in the bedroom with ensuite, and on a comfy sofabed in the bright and spacious lounge.

There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.
