Second floor of recently-built garage apartment in a charming, peaceful Durham neighborhood. Twenty minutes to RDU Airport, five minutes to Duke's East Campus and ten minutes to West Campus, we are an easy walk to a range of locally-owned restaurants. Lovely, light-filled apartment has a bedroom, full kitchen and living area, bathroom, private entrance, and patio with seating. Occasionally, we may have first-floor space available at extra cost. This beautiful, newly constructed tiny home is designed to provide you with the perfect (tiny) bohemian studio experience. Located 15 minutes from RDU airport and less than 10 minutes away from Downtown Durham and Duke University. This is a tiny house so while it is small you have a full kitchen, loft bedroom, living area, and a bathroom. In addition we also have an outdoor fire pit. Our space is the perfect place for couples or individuals looking to experience the tiny house lifestyle.

Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
