It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full-size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.

Stroll to Warren Beach and enjoy the day with the family, ending with a beautiful sunset. A scenic bike path runs from Providence to Bristol, RI. Easy access to the highway. 20 minutes to Providence, 35 minutes to Newport, 1 -1/2 hrs. to Cape Cod.
