Apartment upstairs has seperate private entry. I don't live at the house. There is a service contact if required for any problems. Manly is a fabulous lively city village. The apartment is up on a hill in a residential area, slightly removed from the village centre and nightlife sounds. The famous Manly surf beach or still water Shelly Beach are within walking distance. Buses travel constantly up and down nearby Sydney and Pittwater Roads to all surrounding areas and the city. Manly Wharf is in walking distance to catch a boat into the city. I walk from the apartment to everywhere in Manly. If you need a car there is an off street space for a small to medium size car secured behind a gate. For a larger or 2nd car there is a resident parking permit for free unrestricted street parking. For those who find walking up a hill to the apartment from Manly difficult there are frequent bus services which stop on the flat nearby and a taxi rank at the bottom or the hill which cost about $7. Manly Council provides a free ‘hop, skip & jump’ bus every 30 mins from morning to early evening, which stops near or in the street - depending which route you take. There is room for surfboards and outside shower is a great way to rinse off after the beach. The dryer is located under the house near clothes line. Washing machine is in the kitchen. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two apartment duplex. Access to the house for those with a disability has one small step up to the front verandah and another small step up once inside the entry hall. There are another two steps inside the house from the kitchen up to slightly elevated dining/sun room. Manly is a fabulous lively city village. The apartment is up on a hill in a residential area, slightly removed from the village centre. The famous Manly surf beach or still water Shelly Beach are within walking distance.

Walk to the Beach from a Leafy Paradise in Mosman

This modern 75sqm self contained apartment is part of a luxury home with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is combined living dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside deck. Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas with direct access to Chinamans Beach & Rosherville Reserve from the outside deck. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. The house is steps away from a beach in Sydney’s Middle Harbor and near Rosherville Reserve, a quiet park with picnic areas. Surrounded by national parks and great walking tracks, Mosman offers beautiful scenery and views of Sydney Harbor. Located 5min drive to Mosman cafes and shops or a 10min leisurely stroll to Balmoral Beach. Just a short walk to the bus stop for a 20min bus into Sydney CBD or 20mins bus to Manly Beach. If walking is not your thing, Mosman Council has a free courtesy bus available and you can find the timetable at http://mosmanrider.net/ The kitchenette comes equipped with a fridge, microwave / oven, induction hot plate, toaster, jug and necessities. On the outside deck there is an electric barbecue. If you require an additional bedroom this can be arranged .There is an additional guest room on the same level across the courtyard. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.
