Luxuriously appointed light filled one bedroom apartment nestled amongst the vines in Pialligo on 5 acres, this apartment has views to Parliament House and is only an 8 minute drive to Canberra City and 3 minute drive to the airport. A short walk to the Rodneys Nursery Cafe, Beltana Farm, Tulips Cafe or Vibe Hotel all offering delicious local produce and five star cuisine. A taste of the country in the city. Beautifully furnished throughout including gas fireplace, Smart TV, wifi and fully appointed kitchen including Miele oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and full sized fridge. Guests will be welcomed with cheese, biscuits, wine – red, white and sparkling, bread, milk, sweet biscuits, cereal, freshly laid eggs from our free range chickens – Maggie, Beer & Oprah and any tea your heart desires. The two way bathroom includes indulgences of MOR shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and soap. For those who may’ve forgotten some essentials there is mouth wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, travel kit (with sewing necessities) and even a shaving kit.

It will be warm in winter if the curtains are kept open during the day and cools down lovely in summer if you open it up at dusk to let the fresh breeze in that arrives in Canberra then. The modern pod is a standalone granny flat located on the back of our house, with seperate entrance through the garage door. Only a 5-minute drive to Westfield Woden, a short 5-minute walk to local shops and bus stops, 5 mins to Embassy area, 13-minute drive to city and 10 minutes to the Parliament area. For snow season, we are just 30 mins drive to Corin Forest snow resort, 2.30hour to Snowy Mountain.
