The Granary at Malt House Farm

The Granary at Malt House Farm is a contemporary, comfortable, self-contained holiday letting on the outskirts of tranquil Ufford. Besides the modern kitchen and airy living space, a patio provides additional area to relax and unwind. Plenty of walks, cycling routes and 30 minute drive to the beaches make The Granary an excellent base from which to explore Woodbridge, the east Suffolk countryside and beautiful, historic coastline. There are two pubs within a 10 minute walk, both serving meals.

The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. The Old Granary is a lovely apartment set in a walled garden next to Ufford church. Located in the heart of the village with two pubs that serve food in walking distance it is an ideal base to explore the Suffolk Coast. Sutton Hoo, Woodbridge, Aldeburgh and the iconic shingle beaches are all in striking distance. The flat has recently been completely refurbished with a new kitchen and shower room, smart TV and fast broadband. It has its own garden space where guests can relax or eat outside.

Copse House is the old village Police House. situated outside of the village in two acres, with its own paddock/stables. The garden and paddock are totally dog safe and secure. Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for existing guests/child.
