It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - £10 per off peak charge, £5 for hybrids) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet, stylish self contained studio space, with private patio. Studio is detached from the main property in the garden of a family home. Farnham town centre/railway station is a 20 minute walk away. Trains to London Waterloo are just under the hour. 3 lovely pubs, namely The Bat and Ball, Spotted Cow and The Fox all within walking distance. Bourne Woods and Frensham Ponds very nearby.

The Forge

Enjoy the peace and quiet of Crondall with a stay in The Forge, which has 18th-century origins. It is perfectly positioned and within walking distance of the well-stocked store, two excellent pubs, and the wonderful Cellar door of Penn Croft. There are public footpaths through farmland and ancient woodland. Excellent cycling along country lanes, Basingstoke canal, and nearby forests.
