Bienvenue dans notre spacieux appartement ensoleillé de 3,5 pièces. La terrasse de 13m2 est exposée plein sud, et offre une vue imprenable sur les Alpes vaudoises. Il est complètement meublé et peut accueillir 4 à 6 personnes. Idéalement situé, l’appartement est très proche des commerces et restaurants. Le centre du village se situe à 5 minutes à pied et un bus gratuit est à disposition pour vous emmener, en 3 minutes, au départ de la télécabine. Un train à crémaillère relie Leysin à Aigle.

A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

If you prefer to be on the flat the 18 hole Golf Club de Chamonix is literally minutes away. The town centre of Chamonix is a 20 minute amble along the beautiful river path or a free 5 minute bus ride away.

Le camp de base idéal pour les randonnées dans la vallée, à 5’ de la gare et des télécabines du Châble. Grande terrasse fleurie et balcon pour la détente et les apéros/planchas. L'appartement Zélia à la Montagne accueillant, lumineux et inondé de soleil, avec vue sur la montagne, offre un confort moderne et douillet. Tout est prévu pour un séjour agréable et relax, en toute insouciance. Commerces, restaurants… à 2-3 minutes à pied. À proximité du vignoble valaisan, de divers bains thermaux.

Appart skis aux pieds proche express des Prodains

L'appartement de 28 m2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet dans un endroit calme et préservé. Il se situe à 3 km du centre de Morzine et à proximité de l'express des Prodains. L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.

The chalet is close to the centre and all amenities. Ideal for skiing, hiking, swimming, boats and stand up paddle, climbing, mountain biking and many other fun activities. Chairlift at 10 minutes by foot from the chalet. This is the ideal chalet for a wonderful summer and winter holiday with family and friends.
