Welcome to this bright and sunny two-bedroom apartment, located on the quiet second floor of a charming five-story building with an elevator for your convenience. The equipped kitchen includes modern amenities such as an oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and cooking plates. Just next to the kitchen, the apartment also features a laundry room with a washing machine available for guests, providing added convenience, especially for longer stays. The spacious living and dining area offers a comfortable space to relax, featuring a large flat-screen OLED Smart TV. The apartment is equipped with high-speed fiber internet, ideal for remote work. A large floor-to-ceiling glass window fills the living area with natural light and opens onto the terrace. A secure underground parking space is available on request for an additional €10 per day. Free street parking is also available nearby using a blue parking disc.

L'appartement possède un espace bureau pour télétravail. Juste à côté de la gare de chemin de fer "Meiser", connections directes rapides en quelques minutes en train S pour les Institutions européennes. De l'aeroport BUS 12 stop: Meiser (prendre l'avenue Rogier) Tram 62 pour NATO/EUROCONTROL 10 minutes.
