We welcome you to our family farmhouse, which has been in our family for over 150 years. This charming 1860’s home has been lovingly updated and is nestled on 2 acres of land, surrounded by a 20-acre working farm. The home is ideally suited for smaller groups yet has the living space and bedrooms for large groups or multiple families. You will enjoy relaxing in the spacious old farmhouse or activities in the large surrounding yards, with yard games, a fire pit and cooking & dining available.

Welcome to our charming, old (but newly renovated!) Orchard Park Village Farmhouse! Large, but cozy, living and dining spaces and a huge kitchen with all the amenities. We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.

Fully renovated from top to bottom, nothing missed, including a full service kitchen, beautiful living/dining area, big screen smart tv with netflix, high speed internet and luxury linens throughout.

Come home to relax in our beautifully decorated lakefront escape in the sweet town of Fort Erie. Our home is a large open concept with a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, 3 clean & comfortable bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and everything else you need for your perfect vacation. You'll be located across the street from the lake and a 2 minute walk to the old fort. Enjoy a stroll (or bike) along the lakeside path into old Fort Erie where you will find shops and fine restaurants or pubs.

Short thurway drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and summer concerts. Winter is great for ice fishing and snowmobiling. Small town-big beach, eateries, beach bars with live music. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.
