Beautiful Waterfront Townhouse in Martinez

3 level townhouse overlooking a beautiful pond. Only 4 miles from Augusta National and 7 miles from downtown Augusta. Note: This Airbnb is my residence when it is not being rented out. I’ve had two reviews that were less than 5 stars only because the guests didn’t read the part of my listing that stated that. I’m adding this in here so that it doesn’t happen again.

Pondside suite is located in a very quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Augusta, centrally located to Plant Vogtle, Fort Gordon, Augusta, and is convenient to the Augusta airport. Entire lower level guest suite is both comfortable has private entrance, separation from upper level of home. I enjoy meeting new friends and welcome a diversity of people.
