Consta de planta baja con jardín, porche, cocina-comedor abierta a salón y un pequeño aseo. En la planta superior hay baño grande con ducha, y 3 habitaciones hermosas, de una de ellas se accede al caserio, pero el acceso principal es por la planta baja. Tiene un jardín de 100 metros para uso particular donde poder comer rodeados de naturaleza.
