The most important features of this apartment, are the amazing sea view, where you can see the open wide sea, and its quiet location. Besides those, it is easily accessible, since it is 40min travel with 'flying dolphin' and 1 hour with the ferry. Near the apartment there is a bus stop that goes to the town of Aigina. Within 5 minutes by feet you have access to supermarkets, restaurants, small shops and in 1km is the village Souvala where there are other restaurants and touristic areas. Η κατοικία είναι χτισμένη στους πρόποδες του Ξηροβουνίου της Κεντρικής Εύβοιας. Το Ξηροβούνι αποτελεί συνέχεια της Δίρφυς και παρόλο τ΄ όνομά του είναι γεμάτο από πλούσια και πυκνή βλάστηση. Έλατα, πλατάνια και βελανιδιές αποτελούν το σκηνικό της περιοχής και τη θέα του σπιτιού. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται 50 μέτρα έξω από το γραφικό χωριό Καμπιά το οποίο είναι χτισμένο στην πλαγιά της ρεματιάς. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για όσους αγαπούν τη φύση, το βουνό κι αναζητούν την ηρεμία και τη χαλάρωση.

Cottage house in olive grove

Cottage house in 10 acres olive tree grove, carefully decorated with upcycling wooden furniture customized from us. The house is located in a small settlement called Patima. It is 2 Km from Examilia Village, 6Km from the modern town of Corinthos and 4Km from ancient Corinthos. The center of Corinthos and the beach (kalamia) which have coffee shops, bars and restaurants are both 10 minutes by car from the house. All people are welcome.
