Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! This house is a very peaceful and stunning-view opportunity in Levanto. Just at the border of Cinque Terre, you benefit from being out of the confusion and crowds of Cinque Terre, but close enough to reach it fast and easily. Levanto is very easy to get around, you have the train, lot’s of shopping and the restaurants and amenities. The beach is great. Tiziano’s place is on the hills, so, far from the city’s agitation, but also close enough to reach it whenever you want. By foot, the climb is a little sporty, but perfectly doable. The check-in was great with Tiziano’s father, a very warmth welcome and he gave us lots of tips and tricks to get around. His father also helped us a lot with the garbage and recycling, we are very very thankful. The apartment was very clean and has everything. Cool thing : stainless-steel stuff in the kitchen, so, no forever chemicals 👍🏻! TV, WiFi, everything was great. The view and the terrace has a stunning view over the beach and the sea.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Nicoleta’s place! It is comfortable and clean. Very close to the city center so walking isn’t an issue. Also, there is very convenient designated parking garage. We will definitely recommend this place and hope to return one day!

Ho soggiornato con altre 3 amiche nell’appartamento di Susanna. Tutto nuovo e pulito. Spazi ampi e arredati con gusto. Posizionato nel quartiere Venezia, tranquillo, ma pieno di posticini per mangiare e bere. Un’esperienza davvero positiva!

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

Casa in ottima posizione per accesso alle piste e alle altre attività e negozi. Casa pulita,comoda e calda. Non avrei dubbi a prenotare l'appartamento per un nuovo soggiorno in zona. Grazie

Quando siamo arrivati con il traghetto siamo stati accolti calorosamente dall'host che ci ha accompagnati fino alla casa, molto vicina al luogo di sbarco; ci siamo subito sistemati comodamente e abbiamo anche ricevuto dei consigli su cosa poter fare nel pomeriggio e dove andare a mangiare! Orari del check in e check out assolutamente flessibili e comodi senza fretta e noia nel dover trovare una sistemazione per i bagagli; Nel complesso anche l'alloggio, seppur raccolto, è stato molto accogliente e con ottima vista sul mare! Se dovessimo tornare all'isola non ci sono dubbi su dove alloggiare!

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

We had a really lovely stay in Palaia with our 9-month old baby. Andrea’s place is very comfortable, had everything we needed, and is located right in the centre of the town. The garden space outside (and the hot tub!) is a particular treat, with stunning views of the Tuscan scenery but which also felt quite private. Andrea was a great and very helpful host, and gave us lots of information about the local area - grazie! Palaia is a beautiful and lively town with lots going on - we were able to get everything we needed from the shops, visit the lovely churches and see the incredible views from la Rocca. We would particularly recommend the takeaway pizza right outside Andrea’s place - so good we had it twice! We hope to come back some day.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser geschmackvoll gestalteten Unterkunft. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die wirklich makellose Sauberkeit! Gabriele ist ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber! Er versüßte uns den Aufenthalt mit kleinen aber feinen Aufmerksamkeiten (Marmelade, Tee, Duschgel, ein schöner Blumenstrauß) und vergewisserte sich mehrmals proaktiv, dass alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit war! Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!!

Appartamento in zona tranquilla e spettacolare paesagisticamente parlando... è anche vicinissima al porto. .terrazza che ha una vista che vale il soggiorno! Vista mare mozzafiato e alloggio coerente con la descrizione... Posto più bello dell' isola

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Carla è stata un’host molto gentile e cordiale. Ha coordinato tutto perfettamente tramite l’app, rispondendo celermente alle mie domande e ai consigli che le ho richiesto sulla zona. La casa è molto bella e confortevole, inserita in un contesto splendido ed estremamente rilassante. Strategica la sua posizione: Siena è a 10 minuti di strada e nell’arco di un’ora si raggiungono tutti i borghi più incantevoli della zona. Consiglio l’esperienza!

Notre séjour dans l’hébergement de Maria était exceptionnel ! L’hébergement est très bien situé par rapport à la plage et à la gare de Monterosso (pratique car un grand nombre de train intercités y marquent l’arrêt !). La maison de Maria est dans une rue très calme, et la terrasse et le jardin étaient très agréables. Maria nous a même proposé de cueillir quelques citrons et kumquats des arbres du jardin ! L’hébergement disposait de tous les équipements dont nous avions besoin et nous nous y sommes sentis chez nous. Maria était une hôte formidable, très accueillante et réactive ! Merci pour ce séjour

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno! L'appartamento si trova vicino al centro, a due passi dalla Galleria dell'Accademia, in una zona dove c'è meno affollamento di turisti. È un appartamento rinnovato di recente, ben arredato, confortevole, pulito e più ampio di quello che si percepisce dalle foto. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie per soggiorni medio-lunghi e Andrea, l'host, è stato molto ospitale e disponibile. Molto utile il piccolo ascensore, visto che l'appartamento si trova ai piani alti.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Appartamento in ottima posizione, 3 minuti a piedi da spiaggia e da fermata del bus. Zona molto tranquilla lontano dai rumori, un locale con letto (non divano-letto) molto comodo e grande, zona cucina con tutto l'occorrente, bagno grande e funzionale (mancava solo qualche appendino in più), zona esterna con vista su porto venere. Garage sottostante. Porto venere raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. proprietari gentili, a modo, precisi e disponibili. Un ottima location per vacanze.

Although I only stayed for one night, my experience here was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable - just 50 meters from the sea and a quick 2-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient to explore Riomaggiore and the other Cinque Terre villages. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped with modern amenities. The highlight was definitely the terrace with its breathtaking view - the perfect spot to enjoy an evening glass of wine. Speaking of wine, I was pleasantly surprised when the host generously presented me with a complimentary bottle - such a thoughtful touch that made my short stay even more special! The location in the center of Riomaggiore meant easy access to all restaurants and local shops. Despite being in the heart of this charming village, the apartment was peaceful and comfortable. The host was extremely attentive and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful tips for enjoying Riomaggiore.

The condo and its location was beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. Francesca was fantastic as well. She provided clear and easy directions, local recommendations and met us in person to show us the features of the condo. We were very happy to stay here and would absolutely recommend to others.

Great location— quaint and beautiful private garden, especially in early April as the wisteria is in bloom. Very spacious and felt like a home. Close to all!

Host molto gentile e professionale. Appartamento pulito e spazioso. Comodo per 4/5 persone. Posizione tranquilla, comodi anche gli spostamenti per raggiungere il centro ovviamente considerando il periodo dell’anno.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.
