Cozy and inviting home offering a steam shower with oversized tub, movie theater room, comfortable beds, full coffee & tea bar, covered patio outback with 6-person firepit table, & so many amenities to be able to kick back, relax, & unwind! Our home is located near the heart of Loveland, making it so you are within good proximity to Fort Collins, Greeley, Estes Park, & the mountains while still being surrounded by many restaurants & shops. New amenities/goodies always being considered and added!

Not just a place to sleep, it's a retreat! Lovely lower level of a home in quiet neighborhood. House is on two acres with fabulous mountain views. Suite is approx. 1900 square feet with lots of amenities including use of hot tub, pool table, fitness room, theater, horseshoes, peaceful outdoor space &more. Beds include one king bed in a bedroom, one full and one queen bed in a bedroom, one queen and one full futon in the recreation room. One full futon in the office area. NO SMOKERS PLEASE!
